Registration is now open
In the registration webpage authors must provide their paper(s) code number(s) VD-XXXXXX used in the IEEE ICIT10 Manuscript Submission System.
Please be aware that inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings is only possible if the following reach us by December 18th, 2009:
- Camera ready version
- Web based IEEE Copyright form
- Regular Registration and payment (*)
(*) At least one author of accepted papers must pay a Regular Registration. Reduced registration fees (i.e. IEEE life member, student registration, etc) are not considered regular.
(*) An author is allowed to register one (1) paper by paying a regular registration. A second paper can be published with an extra paper charge of USD 100. A third paper requires two regular registrations.
(*) A maximum of two additional pages, over the 6-page limit, are allowed for each paper at a cost of USD 100 per page.
Remember:
All papers will be sent to IEEE, however only the papers actually presented in the conference will be published in the IEEEXplore.

Student registration does not include gala dinner and welcome cocktail.
Due to the limited capability of the Gala Dinner room the tickets will be sold only by the registration system. They will NOT be sold during the conference.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to ieee.icit2010@usm.cl by February 19, 2010. Cancellations received by February 19, 2010 will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after February 19, 2010 will not receive a refund.
