PDF File Preparation
IEEE is very strict about the requirements for converting application files or PostScript files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Please follow the detailed instructions in "IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore", which describes the essential steps in distilling PDFs that meet IEEE requirements. The most important issue is to make sure that all fonts used in the paper are EMBEDDED and SUBSETTED, especially for papers from Asia and Europe. The "IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore" details the process to ensure that all fonts used are embedded and subsetted. Failure to embed and subset fonts is the biggest obstacle to PDF compliance with IEEE Xplore. Papers failing to meet IEEE Xplore PDF requirements may be rejected.
In order to help you in the submission of a properly formatted paper, please use IEEE PDF eXpressTM system. Authors must create an account using the conference code: icit10x
Detailed instructions for using PDF eXpressTM are available here.
Submission System
The paper submission system is now open, please visit http://ieee-ies.org/submit/icit10/.
The IES paper submission system is not compatible with versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer that use non-Western character sets (especially in Asia). One effective solution is to use the Mozilla Firefox browser, available at no cost.
Complete works are to be submitted electronically, with file size limited to 2 MB.
Remember:
Authors need to sign a copyright form for each of theirs papers and send it to IEEE through the submission system.
All papers will be sent to IEEE, however only the papers actually presented in the conference will be published in the IEEEXplore.
For further information please read carefully our Publication Policy.
